Client support at ICTR is guided by a philosophy of personal empowerment. When considering your career or employment, you must be able to answer 'yes' to the following statements:
Careeroute clients enjoy the reputation and experience that our firm has gained over many years of operation. They have entered occupations in many sectors: industry, manufacturing, education, medicine, hi-tech, public and private services. PROVEN TECHNIQUES The Careeroute program was perfected over a 30-year period and its techniques have been validated by regular assessment. Professor Judith Walters of Farleigh Dickinson University sent out career resumes to more than 300 companies, asking them to determine a starting salary. The hypothetical job candidates’ resumes were identical except that half used one of our techniques and half did not. Those using Careeroute had starting salaries 8-20% higher than those who didn’t.
